Hi guys am back to running for about two months now. I try to cut out my meat and rice favorites for my meal and replaces it with veggies and fruits. I am adjusting to this kind of lifestyle pairing it with 2 to 3 times a week of running. I've been joining fun  runs applying my run-walk-run method because my current weight since I came back was really heavy for my BMI. I started at 220 lbs and now as of this writing I am 210lbs. I am happy with this new approach to life and hope to accomplish my goal to run a full marathon before the age of 60. I am now 52 years old. God bless.
